Little India Kitchen connects you with independent home kitchens in Texas. Each kitchen cooks on its own days, sets its own menu and is paid by you directly.
For customers
Ordering
- Find a kitchenSearch by city, ZIP, dish or cuisine. Each kitchen shows its cooking days and where it delivers.
- Order aheadPick your dishes and a pickup or delivery time before the kitchen's cut-off. Home cooks cook to order.
- Pay the cookZelle, cash or PayPal, straight to the kitchen. You get an email at every step and a tracking link.
- Enjoy and reviewReheat, eat, and leave a review. Follow your favourite kitchens to hear when the new menu is up.
Safe and fair
What we check, and how we help.
- Checked before going liveWe check every kitchen's Texas food handler card and DSHS registration and review its menu before it can take orders.
- Labels and allergensTexas requires labels with the kitchen's name, allergens and a home-kitchen statement. Kitchens show the same details online before you pay.
- Non-veg needs a permitThe cottage food law doesn't allow meat, poultry or seafood. Kitchens can only sell non-veg after uploading a food permit we've checked.
- Help when you need itMessage the kitchen from your order email. If something's serious or the kitchen doesn't help, report it and we'll step in.
For home cooks
Live in a day or two.
- Sign upPick your kitchen's name, web address and style. About 5 minutes.
- Set upAdd dishes and photos, your cooking days, delivery areas and how you get paid. The AI helper can read your menu from a photo.
- We reviewWe check your DSHS registration and food handler card, usually within 1 to 2 days.
- Share your linkPost it in your groups and print your QR flyer. Orders, emails, labels and prep lists are handled for you.
